Village of Oia overlooks the caldera on the island of Santorini.

While the Greek Argosy tour costs more than bargain tours, it remains an outstanding value because it offers so much more: small tour group size, visits to Greece's top world-class destinations, multi-night stays on three beautiful Greek islands, upgraded lodging, upgraded meals, and exclusive learning opportunities.

Lodging and restaurants can greatly affect the quality of your travel experience. It's no fun to be stuck far out in the suburbs or in a dodgy section of town - or both. You want to be in a central location where you can step outside your hotel and immediately become immersed in the Greece you came to see.

It is a sin to eat poorly in Greece, but unfortunately some tour groups do. The meals we provide feature quality traditional food. The meals we don't provide give travelers the opportunity to make personal choices about dining and to interact more closely with Greek culture.

What's not included

  • Beverages other than water or coffee at provided meals
  • Upgraded travelers' protection plans
  • Single-occupancy room supplement of $915
  • Fees to academic institutions for college credit
  • Porters to carry your bags
Note: Travelers should be physically able to carry their luggage for short distances and up and down flights of stairs if necessary. Travelers should also be able to participate in walking tours and to walk uphill and downhill on gravel and uneven surfaces. Some properties may not have air conditioning.
